I'm scouting around for a turbo-kit. Wanting to make around 250 to 270hp.

Here is one I'm considering. Apparently it supports up to 500hp but I'm just looking to run it at 5 or 6psi with little/no engine work.

Makes me wanna put in that stroked 954 motor into my bike that gets me 175 at the rear wheel!!

Yes.

I'm told that any damage that could be remotely attributed to the use of a turbo screw warranty. (ie. things going BANG from botched/rushed installation haha)

if u put a turbo there goes ur cornering, my mate has a zx12 with a turbo and a nos kit and i hav a 600 and i can smash him in the corners, because as soon as he hits 4000 rpm the turbo kicks in and becomes very hard 2 ride in the corners.

Thats fucking sick, been getting the turbo fever for awhile now... thinking ill have to let the urge out one of these days. saw a sweet 99' busa with a turbo in the last issue of Rapid - 300hp!
